We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing the opportunity pipeline, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical and commercial proposals to meet our revenue and growth objectives.
Account Management Sales Strategy Oil & Gas Industry Knowledge Contract Negotiation CRM Systems Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual sales plans, targets, and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure performance in pipeline management, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities across existing and new markets.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and industry partners.
- Coordinate technical presentations, bids, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure all RFQs, tenders, and quotations undergo rigorous technical, commercial, and legal reviews.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data, reporting on market intelligence and risks.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Engineering, Operations, Finance, QHSE) to ensure feasible order execution.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or relevant engineering discipline, or Business/Marketing with strong technical oil and gas experience.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in oil and gas or industrial manufacturing.
Proven experience in team leadership or account management.
Strong knowledge of oil and gas products, applications, and customer requirements.
Proficiency in sales strategy, pipeline control, forecasting, and CRM systems.
Expertise in commercial risk assessment, contract review, and negotiation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Extensive expertise in API 6A and API 16A products, including their applications, technical requirements, and industry standards.
