An international hospitality group is recruiting a Sales Executive in Dammam to develop customer relationships and generate hotel business.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site visits.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to deliver customer requirements.
- Update CRM records and prepare sales reports.
- Attend networking events and monitor local market activity.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to organise your workload and work towards sales targets.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is an advantage. - Knowledge of hotel operations and the local market is preferred.
