Control Room Operation Roles:
( For Saudi National Only )
- Ensure 100% vigilance and readiness once in the control room.
- Operate and maintain the CCTV system, consisting of all cameras on site and off site, for accurate visibility and monitoring.
- Ensure 100% healthiness and good operating condition of all installed CCTV cameras.
- Enhance discipline and the work environment by capturing unsafe acts/conditions that might pose a risk to NAPCO staff, contractors, visitors, operations, and/or assets.
- Ensure the presence and performance of the contracted security company by reporting security breaches.
- Coordinate with HSSE team members in the field to take immediate action if an unsafe act/condition is observed.
- Monitor and record new pictures-uploading automated procedures.
Record and log the names and IDs of employees or contractors who fail to comply with approved and communicated NAPCO policies and procedures in the AX Application. - Generate a monthly violations report and share it with the team leader.
- Inform the team leader and closely follow up on any malfunctioning or unclear transmission from any installed CCTV camera.
