Summary
The Boarding Executive will report to the Asst. Operations Manager. The main responsibilities of this position involve boarding ships in-port or offshore at designated port(s) to execute shipping operations and assist with all outdoor activities pertaining to shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities- Vessel Boarding & Coordination:
Attend commercial vessels in port/anchorage, obtain required stamps and signatures from Masters, and relay accurate vessel details (ETA/ETD, requirements, enquiries) to the operations team. - Crew & Personnel Clearance:
Manage inward/outward clearance of crew, technicians, and surveyors at port security, immigration, customs, and the international airport; arrange timely transport and support documentation and local logistics as required. - Loading & Discharge Supervision:
Oversee loading/unloading of spares, mail, and stores from warehouse/bay to launches per stock cards; communicate special handling instructions, collect trip logs and documents, and coordinate storage and handover to warehouse and operations teams. - Seamen Visa (96 Hours):
Coordinate seamen visa applications, liaise with port immigration to resolve delays, ensure Arabic typing and submission, and distribute issued copies to operations. - Local Procurement & Office Support:
Handle local purchases and port-related office requirements. - Safety Compliance:
Ensure safe transfer of spares and stores from warehouse to jetty in line with safety procedures. - The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Good understanding of port operations and port agency services.
- 2-5 years experience in similar role (Shipping Agency experience).
- Local Middle East Port knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid Saudi Arabia driving License.
