Responsibilities

Receive and prepare work orders and circulate work orders, information and messages to and from personnel.
Determine the number of personnel, drivers and vehicles required to transport the type & amount of machinery, equipment and tools required to complete jobs as per the work order.
Schedule and dispatch personnel, machinery, equipment and tools to and from site locations as per the job requirements and customer requests.
Monitor personnel, machinery, equipment, and tools utilized at site locations in order to coordinate schedules based on the availability of resources.
Respond to inquiries/concerns made by clients and personnel at site locations in a timely manner.
Examine documents received for archiving and decide on key search string references to be specified to maintain data standardization.
Archive relevant documents to safeguard the company and facilitate efforts in referencing information.
Prepare document of tool movement in and out with its relevant documents prior dispatching or upon receipt.
Initiate and enhance procedures for electronic archiving and retrieval of archived material by authorized personnel.
Communicate and coordinate with Drivers and truck companies and ensure smooth transportation movement.
Perform ad-hoc or any other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.
