• Oversee and manage day-to-day logistics and transportation operations.
• Coordinate truck and trailer fleet activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor fleet performance, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and organize transportation schedules to maximize productivity.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to maintenance schedules.
• Work closely with drivers to provide operational support and address any challenges that arise.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service execution.
• Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck and trailer fleet management or logistics operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, fleet planning, and driver management.
• Experience managing vehicle maintenance schedules and monitoring fleet performance.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics‑related systems is an advantage.
• Must currently be based in Dammam, Khobar, or nearby areas with a valid transferable Iqama.
