Job Vacancy – Operations Coordinator – Freight Forwarding

Experience: 3+ Years in Freight Forwarding

We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator with a strong background in freight forwarding and logistics
. The candidate will coordinate shipments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Coordinate Air, Sea, and Land Freight shipments.
• Handle shipment bookings, tracking, and delivery follow-up.
• Prepare and check shipping and logistics documents.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and agents.
• Follow up on customs clearance and delivery status.
• Update customers regularly regarding shipment progress.
• Resolve operational issues and delays promptly.
• Maintain proper shipment records and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth shipment handling.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics

• Good knowledge of Air, Sea & Land Freight operations
  .
• Experience in shipping documentation and shipment coordination.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  .
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
