Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesService Advisor Coordinator, sometimes called a vehicle reception coordinator, reports to the service manager.
Purpose:
support service advisors by handling vehicle check-in inspections and movements so the advisors can focus on customers.
- inspect and document vehicle condition at drop-off noting scratches, dents, mileage, and fuel level.
- Take photos as required and complete the vehicle check-in form.
- Move vehicles safely between reception, workshop, wash bay, and parking.
- Organize parking and keep keys controlled.
- Place protective covers and assist with vehicle delivery prep.
- Report any damage or incidents immediately.
