The Spare Parts Coordinator (SPC) is the primary point of contact between customers, internal stakeholders, and Liebherr factories for spare parts identification, order processing, and fulfillment. The role ensures accurate parts selection through OEM catalogues and systems, timely processing in the ERP system, and end‑to‑end order monitoring—from inquiry to delivery. The SPC also supports warehouse receiving and dispatch activities, maintains high standards of inventory accuracy and documentation control, and coordinates with logistics partners to deliver reliable customer experience while complying with company policies and local regulations.
The position is open only to Saudi nationals.
- Serve as a customer‑focused point of contact for spare parts inquiries, quotations, and order status.
- Identify correct spare parts using OEM catalogues, serial numbers, and approved systems.
- Check availability and lead times locally and globally.
- Create and maintain sales and purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Receive incoming parts and perform goods receipt in the ERP system.
- Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Perform picking, packing, shipment preparation, and delivery confirmation.
- Maintain proper bin/location management and warehouse organization (5S).
- Coordinate and guide warehouse assistants on daily tasks and priorities.
- Manage returns, back deliveries, and damaged parts processes.
- Prepare customer documentation (invoices, delivery notes, etc.).
- Coordinate with logistics and transporters to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain documentation and records for all transactions.
- Support inventory planning and space optimization.
- Conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
- Coordinate with local authorities for warehouse compliance.
- Responsibility, decision making.

- Flexibility to change, assisting the company in any duties necessary to achieve company goals.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure, and perform other related duties on the job.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts identification and heavy equipment.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
