Distribution Center Supervisor

Are you a logistics pro with leadership experience? We are seeking a highly motivated and hands‑on Distribution Center Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations.

• Manage daily operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatch.
• Supervise loading/unloading and scheduling of carriers (truckload, LTL, containers, small packages).
• Expedite orders and coordinate inbound freight to avoid production interruptions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Interface closely with Sales Order Processing, material planners, and inventory teams.
• Ensure physical inventory accuracy and proper location/bin management; conduct cycle counts and support monthly inventory reporting.
• Perform audits on inbound/outbound shipments and ensure correct PO matching (3‑way match).
• Monitor inventory levels, including identification and removal of over‑age/obsolete materials.
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, on‑time delivery, and productivity rates.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse practices, adhering to company standards (including 5S).
• Support and implement QMS procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot operational issues including scheduling, batch assignments, and staffing gaps.

• Diploma or equivalent may be considered; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Warehouse / Supply Chain certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to drive accountability, teamwork, and discipline.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.

  Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse/data systems.

This role will be based in Dammam (Saudi Arabia) and will report into the Warehouse Manager.
