Dispatcher, Warehouse

Responsibilities

• In charge of all internal warehouse activities, including double checking stock issues, receiving, controlling and allocating jobs to labors (helpers) to optimize productivity. Coordinate with the store manager for stock allocation to ensure smooth order preparation and invoicing.
• Take over the shift from the previous shift, detailing all pending work.
• Follow unloading/loading procedures by filling the checklist accurately and reporting to storekeepers.
• Allocate jobs to labor.
• Monitor proper stock while loading, reporting irregularities such as wrong stickers, missing items, excess cases, and empty pallets.
• Carry out daily physical count of goods for inventory reconciliation and report to the store manager.
• Follow the hygiene process and ensure all points are covered according to the checklist.
• Coordinate with forklift operator to rearrange storage and movement of goods to facilitate FEFO procedure.
• Hand over the shift to the next shift with jobs to be completed or any special instructions.
• Ensure all equipment in the warehouse is well maintained, used properly, and the periodic maintenance is recorded.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System at area of responsibility in accordance with legislation, Pepsi Co GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas and achieving EHS targets.

• Minimum two years in a supply chain role with experience in cross‑functional positions, preferably in FMCG business.
• Additional experience in a labor‑intensive organization is preferable.
• High school certificate in any faculty.
• Self‑motivated individual with the ability to identify, initiate, and implement corrective actions.
• Highly effective communication skills.
• Ability to control labor at multiple functions.
• Apply flexible thinking while problem solving in a systematic manner.
• Broad planning and cross‑functional understanding.
