Receiver, Warehouse

We are actively looking for a customer-focused and motivated Receiver to join our Stores team in Dammam City.

• Receive goods from suppliers, distribution centers, and stores, verifying quantities, quality, and documentation.
• Process returns to suppliers and distribution centers, ensuring accurate system updates and documentation.
• Handle inter-store transfers, including preparing, receiving, and reconciling inventory movements.
• Manage DOA and defective products, coordinating with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using HHT/RMS systems and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Scan, file, and maintain supplier invoices and related documentation.
• Organize and maintain the back store to ensure safe, efficient storage and accessibility.
• Securely handle and document high-value products in accordance with company procedures.
• Prepare and dispatch Ship From Store (SFS) orders when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control standards, and safety procedures.

• High school, diploma, or Bachelor degree
• 0–2 years of experience in receiving warehouse, inventory, or store operations.
• Proficiency in Arabic & English.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
