Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club is an award‑winning Forbes 4‑Star and AAA 5‑Diamond resort located in Dana Point, adjacent to Laguna Beach. The resort sits on 175 acres atop a 150‑foot seaside bluff, featuring over 400 rooms, 115,000 square feet of meeting space, and 8 food and beverage outlets.

Classification:
On‑Call

Shift: Various – must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Rate: $16.90 per hour plus service charge, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As a Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests, in support of our commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Your core responsibilities include:

• Perform massage and/or body treatments
• Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Perform general spa duties, as needed
