Join a Supportive, Established Coastal Dermatology Practice

We are an established private dermatology practice with 15+ years serving the Dana Point community. We’re known for our high-quality patient care, efficient systems, and supportive team culture. We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our practice in a part-time or full-time role, with the potential to grow into full-time as the practice continues to expand. This position is ideal for a PA-C who values structure, collaboration, and practicing within a well-respected, stable dermatology office.

You will work closely with our our team to deliver compassionate, efficient, and high-quality dermatologic care.

About the Position

• Part-time or full-time role with immediate patient volume
• Flexible focus:
  • Medical dermatology – general dermatology, skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy, skin cancer detection
  • Cosmetic dermatology – leverage our strong patient base and your experience in injectables, lasers, and body sculpting
• Supportive physicians and highly trained staff ensure efficiency and collaboration
• Practice with autonomy while being part of a collegial, stable team
• Opportunity to combine clinical skills with cosmetic expertise and sales acumen to build a robust practice mix

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dermatology experience (medical and/or cosmetic) as a PA-C
• Skilled in medical dermatology procedures; cosmetic experience with injectables, lasers, or other modalities a strong plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a cosmetic patient base (if desired)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-oriented with a patient-first approach
