Position summary:
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.
Essential function:
Supervise store staff, ensure smooth store operations, provide outstanding customer service, manage merchandise presentation, and handle all opening and closing procedures.
Required qualifications:
Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication and supervision skills, ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and willingness to work overtime and respond to urgent store issues.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).
Anticipated weekly hours: 40.
Time type:
Full time.
Pay range: $17.95 - $17.95 hourly.
