What You’ll Do

As our Outbound Business Development Contractor, you will:

  • Run outbound email campaigns through Apollo
  • Build and refine targeted prospect lists
  • Personalize messaging and test sequences
  • Identify potential hiring needs and generate warm conversations
  • Book intro calls between prospects and the founder
  • Track outreach activity and results inside our system
  • Receive hands‑on coaching to improve strategy, targeting, and messaging

This is the top of the funnel — just like a typical BDR role — but without the corporate red tape.

Compensation (Uncapped Earnings)

This model is designed to pay far more than traditional BDR roles.

Stage 1 – Lead Generation Commission (10–20%)

Earn
20% of the placement fee for any client you generate through outbound efforts.

Most placements range from $20K–$40K
, meaning 1 client could earn you:

  • $4,000–$8,000+ per placement
  • $10K–$30K+ per year from even modest output
  • No quotas, no caps — your pipeline = your income
Career Growth (Optional):

If you want to move beyond outbound, you can advance into:

Stage 2 – Sales & Recruiting Apprentice (40% commissions)
Stage 3 – Full Desk Recruiter (80% commissions)
