  • Prepare monthly consolidation entries, supporting documentation, tracking, and review materials.
  • Complete consolidated equity roll forwards and related analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly derivatives entries.
  • Maintain monthly reporting calendars and requirements, including updates and new requirements as needed.
  • Track and complete quarterly and annual government reporting requirements.

  • Partner with Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Technical Accounting, business units, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency and minimize process risk.
  • Support internal and external auditors during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
  • Assist with quarterly and annual external reporting under US GAAP and Modified GAAP.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting required; CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of public accounting experience, or a combination of public accounting and equivalent private‑industry experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Workiva, Hyperion, JDE, and/or SAP is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and time‑management capabilities, with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with urgency, ownership, and accountability.
