The Assistant Property Manager assists in the management and operations of homes and real estate investments.
Temporary role, until 2/27/2026.

Responsibilities- Process work orders.
- Prepare violation letters.
- Draft various correspondence to homeowners, board members and vendors.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up action items.
- Review and confirm contract requirements are met.
- Answer phone calls and respond to unit owner inquiries.
- Respond to email inquiries.
- Meet vendors and third parties on site at association.
- Perform monthly site visits at association.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (calendar, email, and Word).
- Self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, and customer focused.
- Multitasking and independent worker.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Monthly evening availability (board meetings).
- Evening and weekend availability (for emergency calls once properly trained).
