Job Location

40 Old Ridgebury Road, Suite 102 Danbury, Connecticut 06810

Main office Danbury clinic. Oversee front desk operations at Danbury, Norwalk, Brookfield, Newtown, New Fairfield, Kent.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure offices operate smoothly and efficiently.
  • Manage office tasks, supervise and complete administrative duties, coach and train Patient Coordinators.
  • Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and professional service to patients, team members, and external partners.
  • Oversee key responsibilities of Patient Coordinators, ensuring procedures and processes are followed and daily administrative duties are completed.
  • Manage schedules and assist in arranging coverage as needed.
  • Work closely with upper management and team leads, providing updates and reports.
  • Travel to and from offices, meetings, etc.
  • Require 2+ years in office administration.
  • EMR scheduling software knowledge a plus.
  • EPIC software knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration.
  • EMR scheduling software knowledge a plus.
  • EPIC software knowledge a plus.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software.
