Summary

• Regional responsibility of strategic sourcing of indirect goods and services: professional services, facility- and real estate services including property/equipment rental/leasing, IT, Marketing, MRO, etc.
• Responsible for the execution of the regional/global indirect sourcing strategy in line with the global strategy.
• Partner with internal customers to identify and understand current and future business needs.
• Ensure and lead the global procurement process of competitive bidding (RFI, RFP).
• Lead assigned vendor negotiations and contracting.
• Identify and realize cost reduction potentials for sustainable cost management.
• Ongoing analysis and assessment of the procurement markets and development of supplier relationships.

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of indirect sourcing experience within an international business environment and matrix organization.
• Sound knowledge of sourcing processes (RFx) and leading contract negotiations.
• Strong project- and change‑management experience.
• Experience working independently, taking on responsibility for procurement strategies across all levels of the assigned organization.
• Category experience in IT, MRO, Property Maintenance, Real Estate, Marketing and Professional Services.
• Readiness to travel (~10%).
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
• Fact‑based decision maker, pragmatic, resourceful, and proactive.

Base pay for this position ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 10% of an employee’s base salary. Compensation is based on factors including geographic location and may vary. Belimo offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
