Position Overview:

The Dispatcher/CSR will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, scheduling plumbing service appointments, coordinating technician routes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate technician dispatch and optimize daily routes.
• Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Maximize appointment booking rates and technician utilization.
• Manage customer follow-ups, service confirmations, and scheduling changes.
• Maintain accurate records in the company's field service management platform.
• Support customer retention and service agreement opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of dispatching or customer service experience.
• Plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home services experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with Service Titan, Housecall Pro, or similar software preferred.
