Currently, we are searching for a highly motivated, full‑time Dental Assistant. A candidate should have a strong work ethic, be a team player, and possess the ability to multitask.

Candidate must be able to travel between Danbury, Newtown, and New Milford.

Job Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat patients.
  • Act as a liaison between the patient and the doctor.
  • Set up trays as indicated by the day's charts.
  • Review schedules and anticipate the doctor's needs in advance.
  • Assist chairside using four‑handed dentistry.
  • Enter treatment plans.
  • Take x‑rays as needed.
  • Clean and disinfect operatory after each patient.
  • Take alginates/pour and trim models.
  • Package and sterilize instruments.
  • Keep operatory fully stocked.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn & grow.

  • Ability to reliably commute to the office location listed above.
Preferred Qualities
  • Dental office experience.
  • Experience with Dentrix Ascend software.
  • X‑Ray and ICE certification.
