• Leadership Role: Take the reins as the Lead Physician, mentoring and guiding a talented team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to deliver the highest standard of care.

• Direct Patient Care: Provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care for a diverse patient population in a primary care setting, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing conditions, creating treatment plans, and promoting wellness.
• Clinical Oversight: Ensure best practices are followed in all patient care activities and help develop clinical guidelines that enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with administrative leadership, clinical staff, and other specialists to continuously improve workflows and enhance the patient experience.

  Education:
  
  Stay current with medical advancements, promote staff education, and participate in the training and development of other clinicians.
• Quality Improvement: Lead and participate in initiatives aimed at improving patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
• Experience: At least 3 years of clinical experience in a primary care setting, with prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
