Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

This is a full-time, flexible opportunity offering a hybrid model of in-person and telehealth care. Position Overview

• Title :
  Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist (General Psychiatrists with youth experience also considered)
• Location :
  Danbury, CT
• Schedule : 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s); hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care
• Call :
  Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks
• Start Date :
  Immediate (1 provider leaving now, 1 by year-end)

Practice Details

• Practice Type :
  Outpatient Mental Health
• Team Composition : 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level
• Patient Volume : 150-200 patients/week across the group
• Population : ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment)
• Credentialing Timeline : 6-8 weeks

Requirements Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred)
• Open to new graduates
• No visa sponsorship at this time
• No foreign language requirement

Benefits Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary : $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater)
