United Way of Coastal and Western Connecticut seeks an Early Childhood Coach & Curriculum Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English) to support family child care providers in Greater Danbury and New Milford. You will coach in homes, design bilingual curricula, and help providers earn their CDA and NAFCC credentials.
You will work primarily in Spanish with some English, coordinating with partners and updating materials as standards evolve. Evening/weekend availability is possible.
