Manufacturing Engineer II

• Support current systems and processes for Specialty Gas Products. This will include monitoring process health and investigating deviations, authoring and maintaining process documentation, and leading continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
• Investigate product or process failures and abnormalities, determine root cause, build corrective action plans and drive improvements to completion. This may include doing hands‑on testing with toxic or dangerous materials
• Completion of critical projects in a manner that satisfies the customer (internal or external) with the agreed upon timeline and budget
• Maintain and update ERP master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and related manufacturing information to ensure accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
• Support technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing by working with a cross functional team that includes R&D, Product Management, Quality, and Production.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering, or similar technical degree
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
• Able to work fully on-site in both a lab and office environment
• Able to move gas cylinders weight up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in SCBA
• Experience with statistical analysis software (such as Minitab or JMP), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Hazardous gas handling experience
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma concepts
• Project Management experience
• Experience with programming languages (such as VBA, Python, or SQL)

• Compensation: $74,000‑$89,000 per year with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
