This assignment is a full-time position Monday
- Friday 7AM-4PM (Summer) 7AM-5PM (Winter) Saturday work is required as the work load dictates.
- Willingness to initiate calls with customers that are past due on credit terms
- Responsible for collecting payments and settle accounts
- Strong organization/ time management skills
- Exemplary Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Desire to work in a team environment
- Will run reports to discover past due account balances
- Input customer data and collect payments through our databases
- Running and processing credit cards and manage monthly invoicing for customers
