• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management and follow‑up care
• In‑person appointments in a supportive, beautifully designed setting
• One day per week of home telehealth
• Collaboration with our child and adult psychiatrist, who maintains an open‑door policy for consults and support
• Optional involvement in our Spravato (esketamine) treatment program for eligible patients

Status: 30 hrs salary

Schedule:

Flexible

• Holds an active Connecticut Physician Assistant license.
• Experienced in treating adolescents and adults.
• Comfortable with hybrid in‑person care / telehealth and electronic health records.
• Interested in or experienced with Spravato treatment.
• Values autonomy, collaboration, and compassionate care.

• Competitive compensation:
  Salary between $75,000 and $85,000 per hour, determined by experience.
