Mar y Sol Mental Health Experts is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our growing private practice in Danbury, CT. This role is ideal for a PMHNP who values clinical excellence, autonomy, and collaborative care while working in a supportive, spa‑like outpatient environment.

As a PMHNP, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adolescents and adults
, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Provide medication management for minors and adults
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and therapists
• Utilize electronic prescribing and medical records
• Deliver high‑quality outpatient psychiatric care

• Active Connecticut PMHNP or Psychiatric APRN license
• Comfortable treating adolescents and adults
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate bedside manner
• Comfortable with in‑person care and some telehealth
• Proficient with electronic health records
• Interest in or experience with Spravato®
• Values collaboration and patient‑centered care

• Status: Salaried position (30 hours/week)
• Schedule: TBD
• Location: Danbury, CT 06810 (must work in person)
