Northwell Health Med Practice CT is seeking a Patient Care RN for the Float Team to support clinics across CT areas Wilton, New Canaan, Norwalk, Westport, Ridgefield. This part-time role offers 24 hours/week with 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Summary:
To assist the clinician in providing medical care, triage by phone or in person, obtain patient histories, deliver direct care such as vaccines and wound care, coordinate with physicians, and ensure compliance with quality
