American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Technologist with 3+ years of experience across EP, cath lab, neurointerventional, and structural heart procedures.

• Cross-trained cardiovascular technologist role supporting EP, cardiac catheterization, neurointerventional, and structural heart labs
• Supports high-acuity and complex cardiovascular procedures, including emergent and advanced interventional cases
• 3x12 hour day shifts with variable start times between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• 36 weekly hours
• Participation in weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as required by department needs

• State of CT Radiographer license required if applicable, in conjunction with ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification through CCI
• Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab/EP Lab experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Proficient scrubbing EP procedures including ablations, device implants, generator changes, lead revisions, and leadless pacing systems (Micra, Aveir preferred)
• Proficient scrubbing cardiac catheterization procedures including diagnostic and interventional cases (PCI, atherectomy) and mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, IABP, temporary pacing)
• Experience supporting neurointerventional and peripheral vascular procedures including diagnostic angiography and endovascular interventions
• Expertise in radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices
• Familiarity with Siemens equipment and RCIS certification through CCI preferred for licensed radiologic technologists
• Proficiency in structural heart procedures (TAVR, Mitra Clip, PFO/ASD closure, Watchman) preferred
• Skilled in advanced cardiovascular imaging technologies including ICE, IVUS, OCT, and 3D mapping systems preferred

• Assist with radial and femoral vascular access, sheath management, and vascular closure devices during procedures
• Support emergent and advanced interventional cardiovascular cases as part of a specialized care team
• Candidates living within 60 miles are considered local and eligible at a reduced rate
