Hotel Front Desk Agent at Hilton Garden Inn Danbury

Flexible schedule. Availability required for 7 am‑3 pm on some days and 3 pm‑11 pm on others. Must be proficient with computers, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and multi‑task. Full‑time or part‑time. Weekends and holidays required.

• Perform all check‑in and check‑out tasks
• Manage online and phone reservations
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
• Register guests, collecting necessary information (contact details and exact dates of stay)
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms
• Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to clients’ complaints promptly and professionally
• Liaise with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished
• Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees (e.g., wedding guests)
• Upsell additional facilities and services when appropriate
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
