Summary:Responsible for administering and coordinating employee leave of absence and accommodation requests and serves as a liaison and day-to-day contact for third- party leave administrations, employees, managers, Employee Health Services and HR Business Partner during the lifecycle of an employee’s leave and/or accommodation. The role ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal policies while supporting employees and leaders through the leave and accommodation process.
Responsibilities:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in human resources or similar confidential setting.
- FMLA and ADA/ADAAA experience required
- Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and detail orientation.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and discretion and work in a team setting.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Strong customer service skillset.
- Knowledge of data management systems.
- PREFER:
Experience with Infor, Lawson, and/or other HR Information Systems - PREFER: FMLA Compliance and/or ADA/ADAAA Certification
