Associate Attorney, Litigation

Overview

RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is partnering with a national legal firm that specializes in Civil Litigation Defense and is seeking Associate Attorneys to work REMOTE in Connecticut.

The ideal candidate has experience drafting legal documents such as pleadings and memoranda, strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This position involves a range of legal issues related to consumer protection, including transactional and civil litigation matters.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings and legal memoranda
• Manage a heavy workload with strong organizational skills
• Work on consumer protection matters, including transactional and civil litigation
• Appear in local country courts as needed

• Must be admitted to practice law in Connecticut (multi-state admission is a plus) and reside in Connecticut
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant litigation experience
• Superior organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highest ethical standards and professional integrity
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with senior management and employees at all levels
• Strong legal research skills;
  Lexis Nexis proficiency a plus

• Base salary $80,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
