Benefits Package- Competitive Compensation – target $62,704 annually based on an hourly rate of $24.61 plus applicable overtime for a 46‑hour workweek.

ResponsibilitiesAs a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
You’ll receive guidance, mentoring and support to succeed, and will engage in community outreach to build essential relationships. You’ll learn excellence in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting our customers first.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in one of the following areas:
- Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality).
- Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
- Must be able to operate a motor vehicle – a valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license is required.
- Must live within a reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) you are applying to within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be available to work an average of 46 hours per week (except for religious observances).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
