The Team Leader, Logistics Systems oversees and develops a multi‑level logistics systems team while managing ASRS/AGV and WMS technologies that support efficient warehouse operations. This role leads process optimization, cross‑functional automation initiatives, and complex system integration projects to ensure accuracy, reliability, and alignment with organizational and customer needs. The leader also drives continuous improvement, maintains robust documentation and training, and supports regional and global initiatives.
WhatYou'll Do Major Duties
- Lead and manage the logistics systems team across multiple levels (Analyst I, II, and systems lead), setting clear objectives, conducting regular performance evaluations, and promoting continuous development.
- Manage ASRS systems/AGVs and WMS systems to support warehouse operations.
- Oversee and optimize systems processes across Belimo Americas, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with production and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain necessary process documentation and training materials for all systems.
- Drive process improvement initiatives in collaboration with Automation vendors, Logistics, customization, IT, and maintenance teams.
- Lead, support, and coordinate complex automation projects, including issue resolution, testing, and integration.
- Facilitate collaboration between operations and technical stakeholders to address cross‑functional system and workflow challenges.
- Support continuous improvement of the automated processes.
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy working environment (HSSE).
- Participate in or support regional/global projects in the area of expertise.
- 4‑year degree (BS) required.
- Minimum 8+ years of Operation / Automation / Manufacturing Experience.
- 5+ years of experience with warehouse automation and integrated systems.
- Functional/end‑to‑end integrated system testing experience.
- Experience with project management.
- Prior experience with SAP /SAPEWM.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Interpersonal skills; ability to communicate and be influential with all levels across the organization.
- Solution‑oriented individual with proven problem‑solving skills throughout the career.
- Ability to effectively manage several dissimilar deliverables and prioritize.

Belimo is committed to paying all employees in a fair, equitable and transparent manner. The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 – $107,000 annually with a target performance bonus of 15% of an employee’s annual base salary. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Belimo is a total compensation company which includes a comprehensive benefits package including a full range of medical, financial, and other competitive benefits.
