Working Hours:

4 hours daily between 8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday. We are open to a flexible schedule. This is a perfect opportunity for a stay at home parent during the school day.

As a production specialist, your responsibilities will include assembling signage and installing vinyl graphics, as well as ensuring that signs meet the client's specifications. You'll play an important role in producing signs and graphics. Attention to detail and pride in your work are key attributes for success – no prior sign experience required.

• Mask, weed and apply vinyl to substrates
• Must be able to use an X-Acto and utility knives, tape measure, ruler, level, basic hand and power tools, and other production tools efficiently.
• Properly load and operate a hot/cold pressure laminator following standard safety precautions.
• Work on different projects simultaneously while maintaining production rates that meet or exceed required lead times
• Prep vehicles for graphics install
• Inspect jobs for accuracy and quality at each step in the process
• Apply vehicle and window graphics following manufacturer specifications
• Operate a vertical panel saw using standard safety precautions
• Operate board trimmer, print trimmer, or other finishing equipment
• Maintain machinery in good working order
• Help keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies
• Complete Signarama in-store training utilizing the following:
  Signarama Front Counter Sales video, Signarama Sign Product Training video, Signarama Sign Production Techniques, Signarama Key Lines and the Operations Manual
• Maintain an organized, clean, professional stop and personal appearance at all times

• Must be computer literate and willing to learn various proprietary software programs used to fabricate signage and manage production workflow queues within the shop
• Possess basic math and spelling skills.
• Physical demand: must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Physical demand: must be able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from racks, including upper shelves
