• Travel to customer plant facilities to commission machinery.
• Analyze, diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic components of machinery.
• Attach and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment and robotic systems.
• Program and modify control logic programs for digital controllers.
• Train technicians and operators on equipment safety.

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in industry, must be able to work with a variety of Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery and auxiliary systems.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and desire to use your hands when performing installations, modifications and updates. High Volume Bakery Automated Handling & Packaging Machinery includes:

--- Conveyor Systems:
Roller, Belt, Feeders, Product Aligners, Tray orienters, Stack Lifting, Trash Dumping, Auto Washers, etc.

--- Depanners:
Shaker, Vacuum, Cyclone, Inverters, Sweepers, etc.

--- Pan & Tray Coolers & Cleaners --- Pan & Tray Stackers & Unstackers --- Basket Handlers --- Slicers:
Hinge, Butterfly, Full & Top Cutting;
Reciprocating, etc.

--- Baggers & Bag Sealers --- Machine Vision & X-Ray Inspection Equipment --- Box, Basket, Tray & Dolley Loaders:
Check Weighing;
Height Measurement;
Pattern Forming;
Orienters; etc.

--- Box & Tray Formers:
Card Inserters;
Folders & Gluers;
