Assembler, Manufacturing ​/ Production

Seeking dependable and detail-oriented Assemblers for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities in a manufacturing environment in the Danbury, CT area!
The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components, operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, and ensuring products meet company standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and following safety procedures at all times.

Danbury, Connecticut

• Assemble mechanical and/or electronic components according to work instructions and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
• Package completed products and prepare them for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Report quality concerns, equipment malfunctions, or safety issues to supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Support other production and assembly functions as needed.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

Shift Availability:

• 2nd Shift (3:30pm to 12:00am)
• 3rd Shift (10:30pm to 7:00am)
