Hamilton Connections is seeking candidates for a flow room operator position at a manufacturing company in Danbury CT.
This is a temp-to-hire job.
The hours are 7 a.m.
-5:30 p.m., Monday-Thursday.
The salary is $19.50 an hour.
Job Responsibilities- Operate and set up wave solder, selective solder, washing machines and contamination tester under guidance of area supervisor and manufacturing engineer
- Perform basic assembly operations following documented work instructions and/or customer documentation
- Work under close direction of supervisor, group leader, or designee
- Assignments may include component prep, manual assembly, mechanical assembly, board stuffing, wire prepping and termination, or other similar tasks
- Enter transactions into computer, completes logs and records as required
- Other tasks as assigned
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to read, write and speak English
- Able to handle physical aspects of the job
- Able to pass pre-employment screenings
