Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Saint John Paul II in Danbury, Connecticut. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.

• Providing direct patient care
  : assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and performing treatments and procedures as instructed by our nursing team
• Maintaining patient dignity and comfort
  : promoting a positive and respectful environment that supports our patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
• Collaborating with healthcare team members
  : contributing to effective communication and coordination of care with our registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintaining accurate records
  : accurately documenting patient information, test results, and treatment plans in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Participating in care planning
  : contributing to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet our patients' unique needs and goals

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): maintaining current certification and complying with our state's CNA requirements
• Availability to work flexible schedules
  : including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
  : required
