Job Description

The Part Time Assistant Property Manager will assist in the management and operations of homes and real estate investments, playing a key role in keeping associations running smoothly and efficiently.

How you will make an impact
  • Process work orders.
  • Prepare violation letters.
  • Draft correspondence to homeowners, board members and vendors.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Review and confirm contract requirements are met.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to unit owner inquiries.
  • Respond to email inquiries.
  • Meet vendors and third parties on site at associations.
  • Perform monthly site visits at associations.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (calendar, email, Word).
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, resourceful, and customer focused.
  • Multitasking and independent worker.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Monthly evening availability (board meetings).
  • Evening and weekend availability (for emergency calls once properly trained).
