• Uphold Food & Beverage Standards and execute processes like replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital orders are accurate and on time.
• Produce hand‑crafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards.
• Follow food safety requirements and complete cleaning tasks in the Starbucks space.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and Drive‑up (DU).

• Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi‑step processes.
