SHIFT SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

Join Compass One Healthcare as a part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR. This role will direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are completed while adhering to policy and procedure.

  Danbury Hospital – 24 Hospital Avenue, Danbury, CT 06810.
• Schedule
  :
  Part time; two days per week with rotating weekends. Days may vary (6:00 am–3:00 pm and 12:00 pm–8:30 pm). More details upon interview.
• Requirement
  :
  Prior management experience preferred.
• Pay
  : $25.00 per hour.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
