Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store visually appealingly, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills
• Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are appealing
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add-on sales using benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells and wizardry around theft (metaphorically speaking)
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy
• Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish store goals
• Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader

• Experience in retail is preferred. A love for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds

Pay range: $16.35 - $18 an hour. Final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
