Part-time Brand Ambassador who brings the brand to life every day by providing an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company, love the products, and help build brand loyalty with every guest. Represent the company values and bring your authentic self to work.

Base pay range: $16.94/yr - $18.64/yr

Your role is to engage with guests, educate them on product details, and provide solutions that fit their needs. You will flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, and contribute to a positive store environment.

• Engage guests using a selling approach to help them find what they are looking for with a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between multiple store areas as needed and maintain flexibility with shifting responsibilities.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals.
• Demonstrate integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Minimum age: 16 years old.
