Commercial Sales Representative $70,000 - $80,000 per year + commissions
Responsibilities- Establish a current list of property and facility managers within commercial buildings/facilities
- Cold call prospective business by email, phone, and in-person introductions
- B2B sales to customers in the commercial property space who utilize restoration services to support their facilities
- Schedule in-person meetings with prospective commercial business accounts
- Maintain and grow current commercial business relationships
- Submit and maintain a log of weekly activities and meetings scheduled
- Plan, develop, and establish sales policies, principles, and procedures
- Maintain a commercial client contact log and pipeline
- Investigate market conditions and facilitate to determine time, place, and type of sale
- Coordinate, attend, and promote all company events relating to marketing
- Assist coordinators with before and after pictures of losses for big projects
- Track all sales data in our main operating systems, Luxor and RMS
- Generate a weekly lead count and job count
- Generate a weekly individual sale on estimates and commercial sales
- Generate monthly sales data for individuals, departments, and divisions
- Create daily loss and lead reports
- Maintain company’s CRM
- Work with Regional Marketing Managers to promote and market your local office
- Conduct market research and assist with lead generation
- Recruit and coach team members, promote teambuilding and engagement in the office
- Schedule and conduct department meetings and weekly GS&Rs with direct reports
- Responsible for expense budget maintenance
- Review and discuss sales performance with operations manager/department managers and Commercial Marketer
- Coach and develop A-players with leadership development skills and position development skills
- Represent the company’s Vision, Mission, Values and Serving Basics
- Discuss and review marketing plans and objectives with Commercial Marketer
- Participate in staff meetings
- Attend company trainings and conferences

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of CRM systems

- Ability to be assertive
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive

- Ability to work office equipment (scanner, printer, phone system, computers)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales (B2B) role
- Five years of Commercial Marketing Experience
- Working knowledge and book of contacts in DMA
- At least one year of CRM experience
Education and Experience
- Associate Degree or bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry
- Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 50% of the time
- Must be able to sit 50% of the time during business development prospecting
