The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers while ensuring their needs are fully understood and met. This role serves as a primary liaison between customers and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication, negotiating pricing and supply agreements, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. The Key Account Manager will identify and maximize sales opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and support overall business growth.
In addition, the role includes prospecting new customers in target markets and contributing to the achievement of the company’s strategic sales goals.

- Developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with Arcmed’s largest customers assigned to this position.
- Swiftly addressing and collaborating cross functionally with internal teams to resolve any issue that a key customer may have with the company or the product/s we produce.
- Anticipating any need for improvement in the relationship between Arcmed and its biggest customers through regular meetings and quarterly business reviews.
- Be aware of and remain current on all communication between key customers and other departments within Arcmed.
- Working with other Arcmed departments to develop strategies for improving the cost, quality, and on time delivery of the goods delivered to key customers.
- Creating and presenting monthly reports to the Arcmed Commercial and Operational leaders, regarding the status of the organization's relationship with its top customers.
- Manage and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews with key customers, to facilitate open communication, collaboration and gather key customer insights into their business and our performance against customer’s KPI’s and agreements.
- Negotiate Supply Agreements to solidify our business relationships with our larger customers and manage pricing agreements for other.
- Respond to web generated leads, attend trade shows and use various techniques to identify and win new business with current and new customers.
- Drive new customer projects from concept development through production, overseeing requirements gathering, feasibility assessments, internal collaboration, and customer communication to ensure successful and timely project launch.
- At least 5 years’ sales, account management or technical sales experience in a manufacturing company.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.
- Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees, and customers maintain professional relationships that meet company core values.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Take a hands‑on approach to finding solutions to problems.
- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
- Well‑developed literacy, numeracy, and computer skills with a technical aptitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment where employees strive to meet challenging customer expectations.
- Experience with Epicor ERP is a plus.
- Microsoft:
Office 365;
SharePoint;
Teams; and One Note preferred. - Ability to operate media equipment such as tablets, smartphones, and other electronic equipment.
