Location:
Danbury, CT
Recommended Base Salary: $60,000–$80,000 annually
Target Total Compensation: $100,000–$150,000+ with commission
Position Overview:The Sales Executive will focus on generating new business, developing referral relationships, and expanding the company's presence throughout the Connecticut market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with property managers, restoration companies, contractors, and commercial accounts.
- Generate new plumbing service opportunities and recurring customer relationships.
- Build strategic referral partnerships with local businesses.
- Identify opportunities for service agreements and larger plumbing projects.
- Manage sales pipeline, proposals, follow-ups, and account development.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure successful delivery of customer commitments.
- Meet monthly revenue and business development targets.
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Background in plumbing, HVAC, restoration, construction, or home services preferred.
- Established relationships with property managers, contractors, or commercial customers are a plus.
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage a sales pipeline.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
