** About the Role*
* We're looking for a professional Healthcare Security Officer to join our team in Danbury. In this role, you help create a safe, secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Patrol and monitor facility premises to deter and detect security and safety issues

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, professional manner

+ Assist patients, visitors, and staff with directions and general support

+ Enforce facility rules and regulations, including access control and visitor management

+ Complete clear and accurate incident and daily activity reports

+ Work closely with healthcare staff to support a safe and respectful environment

+ Report all health and safety issues and risks in line with Securitas policies and local regulations (Source: Group Health and Safety Policy)

** What We're Looking For*
* + Prior security, military, law enforcement, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not always required

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and respond quickly in emergencies

+ Professional appearance and demeanor

+ Ability to work the set schedule:
Thursday-Sunday, 5:30 AM-1:30 PM

+ Must meet all local licensing and background requirements
